What should my student bring on the first day?
Students only need to bring a notebook and something to write with; they do not need to bring all of their school supplies.
Where does my student go when they get to school on the first day?
6th grade students will report to the gym, pick up their schedule and have a seat in the in bleachers; their teacher will take them to first period.
7th and 8th grade students will report directly to first period; students should verify their first period by checking on the wall postings (do no rely on the draft schedules).
Does dress code count the first week of school?
Yes, it is important to our school that students come prepared to focus on learning.
When will students get lockers?
Students will be issued lockers during the second week of school.
Where are the bus schedules?
Please use the school finder application to identify the bus route for your student. This list has also been added to the KLMS home page along the right hand column.
When is Open House?
Open House will be on September 4th; this date is the same for all PISD middle schools.
