Knights,
Here are some common questions parents have regarding schedule pick up:
**NEW INFORMATION** 1) It says students must be with their parent/guardian, but I can't make it that day. Can I send them with a friend?
When you arrive to get the schedule, you will need to fill out first day packet information (including: registration verification, health forms, media release, among others). Because the information required involves legal and health information, unaccompanied students or students with non-custodial adults will not be able to complete and sign the required forms.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but parents or guardians must be present before a schedule can be released. If you cannot make it on August 16th, students will receive their schedule the first day of school as well as the first day packet information to be completed and returned the following day.
2) What paperwork is required?
6th Grade - proof of residency (use this link: http://cms.pflugervilleisd.net/domain/232 to review the required documents). You can bring copies or we will make copies here; it may take more time if we are making the copies.
7th Grade- proof of current immunizations (use this link: http://cms.pflugervilleisd.net/Page/826 to review the requirement).
8th Grade - no additional paperwork is required.

3) I have two students- do I have to come twice or can I come at one time?
It's best to come at the assigned times because of the various paperwork requirements; however, we can accommodate the need s specific to your family.
4) If they get their official schedule on the first day of school, why do I need to get the schedule on the 16th?
Having the schedule early allows you to verify the correct classes are on your students schedule; we can certainly correct errors after the start of school but we want students to have the least amount of disruption possible. Additionally, coming on the 16th allows you to handle paperwork and ensures your student can start school immediately (for example, students without current immunizations cannot not attend class).
