Every campus has a Campus Academic Advisory Committee (CAAC) that reviews and approve a variety of things for the campus. The biggest tasks for the CAAC are 1) reviewing academic performance reports, 2) hosting a public meeting of the STAAR results and accountability, 3) reviewing the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) in all stages: developing and reviewing, 4) review the campus budget, and 5) approve the professional development plans for the campus.
If you are interested in serving on the KLMS CAAC for the 2022-23 school year, please complete the Google Form. We are looking for interested parents, business members, and community members. The roles are defined as:
- Parent - anyone with a student enrolled at KLMS but is NOT a PfISD employee.
- Business member - anyone representing a business interest (no residency requirement for the member or the business).
- Community member - anyone who lives in PfISD but is NOT a parent or employee.
All meetings will be at the KLMS Library 6:00pm - 7:00pm except where noted.
