We are excited that we have received clearance for two NEW events at KLMS! Both events are designed to provide parents an oppportunity to come to the school - which we have been missing for the last year and a half!
Meet the Teacher - I don't know about you but I have missed Open House. Open House used to provide an opportunity for us to become more familiar with each other. As a parent, it was always easier to help my student navigate class when I had met the teacher.
For both events, we recommend participants wear their masks.
MEET THE TEACHER
This event is a twist on the old open house format. Teachers will be spread out on the sidewalks outside of the building. We hope this format will help all families feel comfortable coming to school. On October 27th the teachers will be available in a come-and-go format from 5:00-6:00 PM. The building will be open from 5:00-5:45 for parents that want to see the inside of the campus.
HAUNTED HALLWAYS
Come join us for a stroll down a haunted hallway at KLMS on October 29th! The event will be between 6:30 and 8:30PM and the cost is $2.00 per person. This event is hosted by the Theatre Arts students (it is also a fundraiser for them); this will be the first public performance of our theatre arts programs since the Joe's Cafe performance in December 2019! Please note that this is an indoor event and may not be suitable for anyone unvaccinated and does not wear a mask.
