Knights,
The following information was sent via email on December 4th. I am posting it here for your convenience.
I hope everyone is doing well and are able to have a relaxing weekend! I want to thank our students, staff, and parents for being diligent about the safety protocols. Our students are doing a great job of consistently wearing their masks, using hand sanitizer, washing their hands, and minimizing physical interaction with other students.
Upcoming Deadline/Events:
- December 7 - picture day for on campus students. Click here for more information.
- December 9 - deadline to declare/make changes for the next 9 weeks of instruction. Click here to make your request for January.
- December 15 - deadline to order from the online Scholastic Book Fair. Click here for more information.
- December 31 - deadline to order a yearbook for $35; the price will go to $40 on January 1. Click here for more information or to order.
Update on Requests for On Campus Instruction starting January 6th.
- Approximately 42% of families have responded and made their declaration. If you have not submitted your request, please click here.
- If you have already completed the request, you do not need to complete this form again. If you received a confirmation email, you should be able to make edits through the link in that email.
- Of the families that have responded (around 475 students), 65% have requested to be on campus; this equates to just over 100 students per grade that have requested on campus. Please remember that this number is likely to increase given that less than half of the families have responded.
- Click here for more information about declaring your method of instruction (on campus or online).
School Pictures - if your student is current online but planning to return to campus next semester, they will take their school pictures on the retake day (January 29) during school.
Yearbook Involvement - please remind your student to check their email weekly for updates or requests for information from the yearbook staff. The yearbook staff is using email to reach all students, on campus and online, so all students can be represented in the yearbook. If students respond, they should not use the "reply all" feature of the email as this causes unnecessary and excessive emails for students.
Have a great weekend!
